Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tridiast.com and your engagement with Tridiast (“we”, “us”, “our”) for any of our services. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

Tridiast is a full-service product design and development studio offering industrial design, product design, engineering, CAD modelling, rendering, prototyping, 3D printing, and related services.

1. Use of the Website

1.1 You may use tridiast.com for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to others.

1.2 The content on this website — including text, images, renders, portfolio work, and any other material — is owned by or licensed to Tridiast and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

2. Inquiries & Quotations

2.1 Submitting an inquiry or contact form does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when a quotation has been accepted in writing and, where applicable, a deposit or payment arrangement has been confirmed.

2.2 Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise a quotation if the project scope changes after submission.

2.3 We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 to 2 business days. Response times may vary during periods of high demand.

3. Services

3.1 The specific deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and scope for each engagement are defined in the quotation or project agreement provided to the client.

3.2 Services are provided on a project basis. Scope changes requested after a project has commenced will be assessed and re-quoted as additional work.

3.3 For service-specific terms — including terms applicable to 3D printing orders — please refer to the relevant terms document provided with your quotation or available on our website.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All work produced by Tridiast during an engagement — including designs, CAD files, drawings, renders, and documentation — remains the intellectual property of Tridiast until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in writing.

4.2 Tridiast retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

4.3 The client is responsible for ensuring that any materials, references, or designs they provide to Tridiast do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 We treat all client project information as confidential. We do not share client briefs, files, specifications, or project details with third parties except where necessary to deliver the agreed services.

5.2 Where a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required by the client, this must be agreed and signed before project work begins.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment terms are as stated in the invoice or project agreement. Work does not commence until payment or a confirmed payment arrangement is in place unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 Late payment may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.

7. Liability

7.1 Tridiast’s liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the value of the fees paid for that engagement.

7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our deliverables, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

7.3 We do not certify any design or manufactured part for safety-critical applications. The client is responsible for assessing the suitability of all deliverables for their intended use and for compliance with applicable regulations.

8. Warranties & Representations

8.1 We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.

8.2 We make no warranty that deliverables will be fit for any particular purpose beyond the scope agreed in writing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial standards. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction agreed between both parties in writing.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
